  Caution
Risk of malfunctions caused by improperly secured exhaust gas temperature senders.
The threads of the exhaust gas temperature senders -G495- and -G648- are coated. It is important that you do NOT coat them additionally with high-temperature paste and that you tighten them to the specified torque.
   
1 - Lambda probe -G 39-
q   Removing and installing → Rep. gr.23
2 - Seal
q   Renew
q   Note installation position
3 - Clamp
4 - Exhaust gas temperature sender 4 -G 648-
q   60 Nm
q   The thread of the exhaust gas temperature sender is coated; it must not additionally be greased with high-temperature paste
5 - Exhaust gas temperature sender 3 -G 495-
q   60 Nm
q   The thread of the exhaust gas temperature sender is coated; it must not additionally be greased with high-temperature paste
6 - Bracket for pressure differential sender -G 505-
7 - Clamps
8 - Control pipes
9 - Pressure differential sender -G 505-
q   Removing and installing → Rep. gr.23
10 - Nut
11 - Bolt
12 - Nut
13 - Bracket
14 - Catalytic converter with particulate filter installed away from engine
