| Retrofitting wiring harness |

| Remove front interior light -W1- without warning lamp for airbag deactivated on front passenger side → Chapter. |

| Unplug connector from front interior light -W1-. |
| –
| Check whether connector contacts 4 and 7 are assigned. |

| If this is the case, the wiring for front interior light -W1-/warning lamp for airbag deactivated on front passenger side -K145- has been fitted. |
| –
| Install new front interior light -W1- with warning lamp for airbag deactivated on front passenger side → Chapter. |
|
| If the corresponding wiring is not provided in the front interior light -W1- wiring harness, the warning lamp for airbag deactivated on front passenger side -K145- must be retrofitted in the centre section of the dash panel → Chapter. |
