Installing
Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following:
Before installing the reservoir → Air conditioner with refrigerant R134a
  Note
t  The removed reservoir contains refrigerant oil which has to be returned to the refrigerant circuit (with a new reservoir)
t  The adjustment of the quantity of oil depends on the nature of the complaint.
t  If the reservoir has become damaged in an accident, for example, (whereby no refrigerant has escaped, and there is no moisture or dirt ingress into the refrigerant circuit), the air conditioner can be overhauled by simply weighing the old and new reservoirs, without having to go to the trouble of costly repairs - top up the refrigerant oil until it matches the weight of the reservoir which has been removed.
t  If an indeterminate amount of refrigerant oil has escaped or dirt and moisture have ingressed into the refrigerant circuit, it must be cleaned using compressed air and nitrogen. → Air conditioner - with refrigerant R134a

–  Replace the O-ring seals -D- (16.7 mm; 1.8 mm) and -E- (16.7 mm; 1.8 mm).
–  Engage the reservoir at the lug -F-.
–  Fasten the refrigerant pipe -B- to the reservoir
–  Insert the bolts -C- and tighten them securely (tightening torque 8 Nm).
–  Tighten the refrigerant pipe union nut (tightening torque 40 Nm), counterhold at the reservoir hex. Check for tension-free installation of the refrigerant circuit pipes and make sure there is clearance to other components.
–  Fasten the refrigerant pipe with the block connection to the reservoir with the bolt -A- (tightening torque 25 Nm).
