Dismantling and assembling heating system
Dismantling and assembling heating system
  Note
t  Remove the heater → Chapter
t  Removing and installing heater components → Chapter
   
1 - Removing and installing
q   step-up gear/temperature flap → Chapter
2 - Bolt
3 - Air distributor housing
q   Do not dismantle
q   With temperature flap and air distribution flaps
4 - Clip
5 - Air duct channel/lower part
q   Assemble the upper and lower parts → Fig.
6 - Air duct channel/upper part
q   Assemble the upper and lower parts → Fig.
7 - Intake housing
q   with recirculated air flap/fresh air flap
8 - Bracket for fresh-air/recirculated-air flap positioning motor -V154-
9 - Fresh-air/recirculated-air flap positioning motor -V154-
q   Check the function → Chapter
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
10 - Removing and installing
q   step-up gear/air distribution → Chapter

   
Assembling the air duct channel
–  Insert the clips -A- at the locations provided.
  Note
Several locations have circumferential screw connections, which may be used as additional fastening means for the air duct channels if necessary. Use the same type of screws as also used for the air conditioner screwed connections.
