Notes on display group 74:

◆ Adaption of exhaust gas recirculation valve takes place when ignition is switched on.
-
◆ When selecting function 04 "basic settings" of display group 74, the engine control unit is adapted to the exhaust gas recirculation valve. This process must be carried out if another exhaust gas recirculation valve (or a complete engine) or another engine control unit has been fitted.
-
◆ If it is not possible to perform the adaption process, start the engine briefly and then switch off the ignition for 10 seconds.
