Console, Removing and Installing

Console, removing and installing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

Torque wrench V.A.G 1332

Removing 

-

Remove wheel.

-

Remove sound insulation.

-

Remove subframe. 

-

Remove sensor in vehicles with automatic vertical headlight aim control (only installed on left side of vehicle).

-

Remove control arm with mounting bracket. 

-

Remove bolt - 9 - for right side of vehicle or bolt - 18 - for left side of vehicle

-

Remove console.

Installing 

Installation is in reverse order of removal. Note:
-

Tightening torques.

-

Perform basic setting of headlights for vehicles with automatic vertical headlight aim control. 

-

Perform vehicle alignment. 

-

Install sound insulation and tighten.
