Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Torque Wrench (VAG 1332)

Removing

Wheel, removing

-

Remove noise insulation.

-

Remove subframe. Refer to => [ Subframe ] See: Subframe.

Remove level control system sensor. Refer to => [ Front Level Control Sensors ] See: Sensors and Switches/Sensors and Switches - Steering and
Suspension/Sensors and Switches - Suspension/Ride Height Sensor/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Front Suspension.

Remove transverse link with mounting bracket .

Remove bolt - 9 - for the right side of the vehicle or bolt - 18 - for the left side

Remove bracket.

Installation is in reverse order of removal, noting the following:
