Oil leaks; excessive oil in air intake hoses
Condition
One or more of the following conditions may be present:

Oil leaks from oil filler cap.
^
Occasionally, light blue smoke is visible in the exhaust.
^
Excessive amount of engine oil can be found in the air intake hoses after the turbocharger.
^
Increased engine oil consumption.
Technical Background
The described conditions may be caused by a malfunction of the crankcase ventilation system pressure regulating valve (Figure 1).
