Headlamp Washer System Spray Nozzles

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

-

Hose Clamp Pliers V.A.

Removing

-

Remove front bumper cover.

NOTE:  Protect bumper cover by laying rag underneath and secure nozzle using pliers.

-

Pull spray jet covers upward at bumper and carefully unlatch retainers - arrows - .

-

Disconnect water hose - 1 - from nozzle - 4 - .

-

Remove screws - 2 - and - 3 - and remove spray nozzle.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

NOTE:  Secure all hose connections using standard hose clamps.

Install hose clamps with Hose Clamp Pliers V.A.G 1275 .
