Removing and installing lumbar support motor with gear unit

  • Lumbar support
  • Foam pads (2x)
    • ‒ If not provided with replacement part detach pads from old motor and attach them to new one.
  • Motor with gear unit and Bowden cable
    • ‒ Remove the seat
    • ‒ Remove 2-way lumbar support => Page 72-101
    • ‒ Cut cable ties -5- (2x).
    • ‒ Squeeze lumbar support together.
    • ‒ Pull out Bowden cable - 6- in direction of arrow -A-.

    • ‒ Disengage Bowden cable -6- at guide roller.
    • ‒ Pull fastener -7- out of mount in direction of arrow -B-.
    • ‒ Remove bolts -4- (2x).
  • Bolts (2x)
  • Cable tie
  • Bowden cable
  • Retaining tabs
