  • Cushion with heating element bonded onto upholstery foam fill
  • ◆ Removing
    • ‒ Remove seat
    • ‒ Remove seat extension, removing both connectors for seat extension heating element => Page 72-133
    • ‒ Remove seat cushion cover => Page 74-26
    • ‒ Detach connector -2- for seat heating element at green connector under seat.
    • ‒ Detach connector -3- of seat heating cable.
    • ‒ Detach cable fasteners at seat heating cable.

  • ◆ Installing
    • ‒ Cut cables off old heating element.
    • ‒ Bond new seat heating element onto old one such that there are no creases.
  • Green heating connector
  • Seat heating cable connector
