Checking

• ‒ → Condensation drain valve -A- must not be gummed up and must close; the drainage aperture must be positioned at bottom.

Removing and installing.

• ‒ Open flap -D- of the thermal insulation mat (at the pre-punched point) and remove condensation drain valve.

Notes:

• ◆ Remove condensation drain valve -A- from floor panel downward - ensure proper positioning in cross-panel -B- when installing.
• ◆ The installed condensation drain valve must not make contact with the thermal insulation mat flap -D-.
• ◆ The condensation drain valve must not be gummed up with wax or underseal.
• ◆ → In the event of complaints of moisture in passenger compartment, check condensation drain -C- is correctly seated in condensation drain valve -A-.
