Removing and installing secondary air pump

Removing –  Take off engine cover panel -arrows-.

–  Remove cover in front of intake manifold -arrows-.

–  Loosen bolt -1- approx. 2 turns from top of engine compartment.   Note Shown in illustration with engine removed.

–  Remove centre noise insulation -arrows-.

–  Unplug electrical connector at secondary air pump motor -V101-, detach hoses and remove nuts -arrows-. –  Detach secondary air pump.

–  Unscrew bolts -2- and -3- on bracket for secondary air pump. –  Swivel bracket aside and pull out secondary air pump downwards. Installing Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following: Tightening torques
