Removing
–  Remove sump → Chapter.
–  Remove sealing flange (front) → Chapter.
–  Remove oil pump chain sprocket, chain tensioner and chain → Item.

–  Pull off crankshaft drive chain sprocket using e.g. claw-type puller -Kukko 44-1--item 2- (protect end of crankshaft with thrust plate -40-105--item 1-).
Installing
  WARNING
Wear protective gloves.
–  Heat drive chain sprocket in an oven for approx. 15 minutes to 220 °C.

–  Using pliers, locate drive chain sprocket on end of crankshaft.
l  Wider collar on drive chain sprocket faces engine.
–  Push drive chain sprocket onto crankshaft as far as the stop using drift sleeve -30-100-.
–  Install oil pump chain sprocket, chain tensioner and chain → Item.
–  Install sealing flange (front) → Chapter.
–  Install sump → Anchor.
