Checking switch
Checking switch
–  Remove the driver's storage compartment: → Rep. Gr.24
–  Unplug connector from brake light/brake pedal switch.
   
–  Connect multimeter between contacts 1 and 4 to measure resistance.
t  Specification: ∞ Ω (no continuity)
–  Press brake pedal.
t  Specification: approx. 0 Ω
–  Connect multimeter between contacts 2 and 3 to measure resistance.
t  Specification: approx. 0 Ω
–  Press brake pedal.
t  Specification: ∞ Ω (no continuity)
If the specifications are not attained:
–  Check adjustment or replace brake light/brake pedal switch.
If specifications are attained:
  A24-0210
