Pressing wheel hub out of wheel bearing housing

• ‒ → Apply special tools shown and press out wheel hub.

Pressing out wheel bearing

• ‒ → Use commercially available circlip pliers to take out circlip.

• ‒ → Apply special tools shown and press wheel bearing out of wheel bearing housing.

Detaching bearing inner race from hub

• ‒ → Apply special tools shown and extract bearing inner race by turning spindle.

Pressing in wheel bearing

• ‒ → Coat entire hole area in wheel bearing housing with Molypaste AOS 115 000 01.

Note:

A 3 g grease pad is included with the wheel bearing set.

• ‒ → Apply special tools shown and press in wheel bearing.
• ‒ Use pointed-nose pliers to insert circlip.

Pressing wheel hub into wheel bearing

• ‒ → Apply special tools shown and fit wheel hub in wheel bearing.

Note:

When pressing in wheel hub, make sure special tool rests on bearing inner race.
