1 - Bulkhead
q   With mounting for mounting bracket
2 - Seal
q   Renew
q   Between mounting bracket and bulkhead
q   Self-adhesive
q   Bond onto mounting bracket
3 - Mounting bracket
q   For clutch pedal
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
4 - Bolt
5 - Over-centre spring
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
6 - Bearing bush
7 - Pivot pin
8 - Clutch pedal
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
9 - Retaining clip
q   For operating rod on clutch master cylinder
10 - Seal
q   Renew
q   Between master cylinder and mounting bracket
11 - Clutch master cylinder
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
12 - Clutch position sender -G476-
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
q   Can be checked in „Guided fault finding“ using → vehicle diagnostic tester
13 - Retaining clip
q   To remove and install pipe/hose assembly, pull out clip as far as it will go
14 - Supply hose
q   To brake fluid reservoir
q   Made of rubber or plastic, depending on version
q   Plastic supply hose with additional seals → Fig.
15 - Nut
q   For securing mounting bracket to bulkhead
q   20 Nm
q   3x
q   Self-locking
q   Renew
16 - Nut
q   25 Nm
q   Self-locking
q   Renew
17 - Stop
q   For clutch pedal

   
Crash bar - tightening torque
  Note
The crash bar -2- is not fitted on earlier versions.
–  Install crash bar -2- and tighten 1 or 2 bolts (depending on version) -arrows B-.
