1 - Radiator fan -V7-
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
q   With radiator fan control unit -J293-
q   Note routing of wiring → Anchor
2 - 10 Nm
3 - Coolant hose (bottom)
q   To connection for thermostat
q   Lift retaining clip to detach
q   Connecting to radiator → Fig.
4 - Retaining clip
5 - Radiator fan thermal switch -F18-
6 - O-ring
q   Renew
7 - O-ring
q   Renew
8 - Coolant hose (top)
q   To connection at cylinder head
q   Lift retaining clip to detach
q   Connecting to radiator → Fig.
9 - O-ring
q   Renew
10 - Radiator
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
q   If renewed, change coolant in entire system
11 - Bracket
q   For radiator
12 - 5 Nm
13 - Retainer
14 - 10 Nm
15 - Radiator cowl
16 - 5 Nm
17 - Radiator fan 2 -V177-
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
q   Note routing of wiring → Anchor

   
Connecting coolant hose with plug-in connector
–  Remove old O-ring -2- from coolant hose -3-.
–  Lubricate new O-ring with coolant additive and fit O-ring in coolant hose.
–  Press coolant hose onto radiator -1- until it engages with a click.
–  Press coolant hose in again and then pull to check that plug-in connector is correctly engaged.
