Removing and installing cylinder head cover

Removing
–  Remove intake manifold → Rep. gr.24.
–  Turn quick-release fastener -item 1- 90° anti-clockwise.
–  Raise retaining tabs -arrows- and detach top toothed belt cover.

–  Remove crankcase breather hose from cylinder head cover.
–  Remove cylinder head cover bolts in the sequence -8 ... 1-.
–  Remove cylinder head cover.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
  Note
t  Renew gasket for cylinder head cover if damaged.
t  Renew cylinder head cover bolts if gasket is damaged.
–  Tighten bolts for cylinder head cover in the sequence -1 ... 8-.
–  Install intake manifold → Rep. gr.24.
