There should be no needle bearing fitted in the crankshaft on vehicles with manual gearbox.

Drift -VW 207 C- or centring mandrel -3176-

Internal puller Kukko 21/1

Counter-support Kukko 22/1

Depth gauge -VAS 6082-
Pulling out
l
Gearbox removed.
–
Remove needle bearing using internal puller Kukko 21/1 and counter-support Kukko 22/1.
Driving in
–
Drive in needle bearing with drift -VW 207 C- or centring mandrel -3176-.
l
Installation position: side with lettering faces outwards.
l
Installation depth of

= approx. 3 mm.
