Removing and installing electrical radiator fan -V7- and radiator fan 2 -V177-

Removing –  Lift engine cover panel at sides -arrows 1- and pull off towards front -arrow 2-.

–  Remove air intake hose -arrow- from between lock carrier and air cleaner housing.

–  Unscrew air duct at lock carrier -arrows-.

–  Unscrew upper securing bolts -upper arrows- for radiator cowl.

–  Remove centre noise insulation -fasteners 1 ... 3-.

–  Remove air intake hose (left-side) by lifting retaining clips -arrows- slightly.

–  Unplug electrical connector -1-. –  Unscrew lower securing bolts -lower arrows- for radiator cowl and remove it from below.

–  Unplug electrical connector -1-. –  Move wiring clear. –  Unscrew nuts -arrows- and remove fans. Installing Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:   Note Renew seal. –  Install air pipes/hoses with plug-in connectors → Chapter. Tightening torques
