t  Tube -VW 415 A-

t  Fitting sleeve -3241/4-

Procedure
–  Remove timing chain cover (top) → Chapter.
–  Use punch -VW 195- to drive out oil seal -arrow-.
  M15-0178
–  Remove any sealant residue from timing chain cover (top), place cover on a fixed surface with lugs on casting -arrows- facing downwards and press in new seal until it makes contact using fitting sleeve -3241/4-.
–  Install timing chain cover (top) → Chapter.
