Ignition system, glow plug system > < Removing and installing Lambda probe G39 with Lambda probe heater Z19
Removing and installing exhaust gas pressure sensor 1G450
Removing and installing exhaust gas pressure sensor 1 -G450-
   
Removing
–  Lift off outer engine cover panel -1- by pulling up evenly.

–  Unplug electrical connector -arrow-.
–  Unbolt pressure sensor from bracket.
–  Identify hoses on exhaust gas pressure sensor 1 -G450--item 1- for re-installation.
  Note
Shown from rear with engine removed for illustration purposes.
–  Release hose clips and spray both hoses with silicone-free lubricant.
–  Carefully disconnect the hoses from their connections (take care to keep the hoses straight: the connections can break off easily).
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:

Secure all hose connections with the correct type of hose clips (same as original equipment) → Parts catalogue.
–  Blow through hoses (towards particulate filter) with compressed air.
–  Connect hoses to exhaust gas pressure sensor 1 -G450- according to markings made earlier.
