Cable Guide

‹› The wire must be routed on the side opposite the airbag module.

Replacement Airbag Wiring Harness

‹› It must be ensured that the wire cannot be rubbed or pinched when the seat is adjusted.

Felt

‹› Is contained in the repair kit.

‹› Should prevent damage to the replacement airbag wiring harness.

Secure cable guide - 1 - with a felt strip on seat frame.

Cable Guide Openings

Secure replacement airbag wiring harness in backrest cable guide openings.

Bolt

‹› for securing replacement airbag wiring harness ground connection -  9 -

‹› 10 Nm

Airbag Module Connector (Series Production Wiring Harness)

Remove series production wiring harness connector.
