Telephone Transceiver

‹› Should the transceiver require replacement, follow applicable component " Replacement"procedure using VAS 5051/5051 in operating mode "

Guided Fault Finding" => [ Telephone OBD Function ] See: Testing and Inspection/Scan Tool Testing and Procedures

CAUTION!
‹› Switch off all electrical consumers. 

‹› Switch ignition off and remove ignition key. 

Removing:

-

Lift driver footwell carpeting in order to access E-box => Body Interior 70 Removal and Installation.

-

Unclip and remove lid - 1 - from E-box -  2 -.

-

Release mounting frame retainer in direction of - arrow -. 

-

Remove Bluetooth Antenna (R152) -  3 - from transceiver - 4 -.

-

Lift transceiver - 1 - from E-box - 3 -. 

-

Disconnect electrical connection- 2 -.

Installing:

-

Install in reverse order of removal.
