Wiring Harness: Removal and Replacement

Removing

-

With ignition switched off, disconnect battery Ground (GND) wire => [ Battery, Luggage Compartment, Disconnecting and Connecting ] See:
Battery/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Battery, Luggage Compartment, Disconnecting and Connecting.

Remove the air guide cover - 1 -.

-

Unclip the air guide - 2 -.

-

Remove vacuum hose - 2 - at the air filter guide hose.

-

Remove the air guide hose - 1 - on the throttle valve control module (J338).

-

Disconnect the mass air flow (MAF) sensor (G70 ) connector - item 3 -.

-

Remove the upper section of the air filter housing - arrow  -.

-

Remove the filter insert.

-

Remove the lower section of the air filter housing - arrows  -.
