Lateral Adjustment Screw

For lateral adjustment, adjustment bushing - 4 - can be adjusted and thus the window frame inclination.

NOTE:
-

For door inclination adjustment, adjustment bushing - 4 - must only make contact on door plate.

-

Window frame must not be adjusted by adjusting the adjustment bushing, rather window frame must first be pressed into the correct position
and then adjustment bushing must contact inner door plate.

-

Tighten all bolts in the specified sequence and to tightening torque.

-

Check position of window frame - 1 - using Template T40038/3.

-

Only if necessary, loosen longitudinal adjustment screw - 2 - if window frame must be fitted into door longitudinally.

-

Seal - 3 - is self-adhering.

Window Regulator Motor, Removing and Installing

-

To remove, unscrew bolts - 2 - and remove window regulator motor - 1 -.

-

Install window regulator motor.

Upper Door Hinge

-

Torx bolt T 45 - 1 - (installed from interior of vehicle) 32 Nm.

Top door hinge - 2 -.

-

Cover cap - 3 -.
