If one xenon light on one side fails permanently:

The High-Intensity Gas Discharge Lamp Control Modules for xenon lights was improved.

Service

If one xenon light sporadically flickers:

Inspect and if necessary replace the Gas Discharge Bulb.

This bulb will be covered under LNVW due to consequential damage.

If one xenon light on one side fails permanently:

1. Swap the Gas Discharge Bulbs from left to right. For vehicles that require bumper removal, check the headlamp functionality before reinstalling the
bumper; removal and reinstallation of bumper cannot be claimed twice for this TSB.

2. If the failure moves with the xenon bulb, replace the bulb.

3. If the condition remains on the original side, remove the High-Intensity Gas Discharge Lamp Control Module, and check the pins and terminals for
damage.

4. If there is no further damage found, the faulty control module and bulb must be replaced.

This bulb will be covered under LNVW due to consequential damage.

Tip: If no fault is found in the wiring harness inside of the headlamp assembly, replacement of the headlight assembly will not guarantee a successful
repair and is not permitted.
