Brake Pedal Assy: Locations

Brake pedal, assembly overview

CAUTION:  The brake pedal travel must not be restricted/shortened by additional floor coverings.

1 - Instrument panel cross member

2 - Retaining clip (2x)

Always replace

^

Install onto pin

3 - Pin
^

Insert into clutch pedal and brake pedal

^

Lock pin in pedal.

4 - Mounting bracket
^

Accelerator pedal stop plate

5 - Hex socket head bolt, 10 Nm

6 - Accelerator module
^

Screw into pedal bracket

7 - Combi bolt, 25 Nm
^

Tighten in vehicle after brake booster has been installed

8 - Brake light switch

9 - Clutch switch

10 - Socket head bolts, 5 Nm
