Adjusting bumper cover with respect to bonnet - vehicles up to Model Year 2005
   
Adjusting bumper cover with respect to bonnet - vehicles up to Model Year 2005
–  Place the bumper cover in position, clip in the side sections -arrow- and secure with the bolts -8-.
–  Loosely screw in bolt -3-.
–  Tighten the bolts -2-, -4-, -5-, -6- and -7-.
  Note
Heed the different torques.
–  Close bonnet.
–  Check the alignment of the bumper cover with respect to the bonnet.
–  If OK, tighten all bolts to torque.
–  If not OK, open bonnet.
–  Slacken off the bolts -2- or/and -4-, correct the bumper cover accordingly at the top and re-tighten the bolt to torque.
–  Tighten the bolt -3-.
2 - Bolt 6 Nm
3 - Bolt 6 Nm
4 - Bolt 6 Nm
5 - Bolt 3 Nm
6 - Bolt 3 Nm
7 - Bolt 3 Nm
