| Removing and installing rear window lifter |
| – | Remove the rear side trim → Rep. Gr.70. |
| – | Detach the window slot trim strips → Chapter. |
| – | Mark the position of the nuts -3-, the adjusting screws -6- and the bolts -8-. |
| – | Unscrew the nuts -3-. |
| – | Unscrew the bolts -8- and detach the cover -2-. |
| – | Unfasten the convertible top operation control unit -J256- on the right side of the vehicle → Chapter. |
| – | Unfasten the nuts -7- of the adjusting screws -5-. |
Note| The lower nuts -6- can be left in position at the adjusting screws -5-, the upper nut must be detached. |
| – | Unplug the connector of the window lifter motor. |
| – | Take the window lifter -5- out of the side panel -1-. |
| Install in reverse order. |
| Tightening torques → Chapter |
