| t | Adjusting and checking operation |
| – | Remove backrest cover panel → Chapter. |
| – | Use screwdriver to prise out fuse -3-. |
| – | Move microswitch -4- so that backrest is deactivated with release lever 1/3 raised. |
| – | Check operation of backrest at adjustment switch. |
| – | Backrest is not actuated when backrest release lever is raised by a third. |
| – | Backrest is actuated when release lever is in rest position. |
| – | If necessary, correct position of microswitch -4- and check its operation again. |
