Connecting airbag adapterVAS 6036

Connecting airbag adapter -VAS 6036-

Note

Before disconnecting the igniter and earth wires, static must be discharged by briefly touching the door striker plate or vehicle body.

WARNING

Leave airbag adapter -VAS 6036- connected to seat until seat has been re-installed.

1 -	Current supply connector/seat connector (red)

2 -	Power supply connector/airbag adapter (red)

3 -	Connector for airbag adapter (orange)

4 -	Connector for airbag (orange)

q	Detach igniter and earth wires.

q	Attach airbag connector -4- to airbag adapter connector -3-.

q	If applicable, attach connector for current supply/airbag adapter -2- to connector for current supply/seat connector -1-.
