| For this reason, only connecting elements with a special surface coating are fitted at the factory (e.g. bolts currently identifiable from their greenish colour) as well as non-conductive rubber parts, plastic components and adhesives. |
| Always use genuine parts. |
| Always fit new parts in cases of doubt about re-use. |
| Accessories must have been approved by Audi AG. |
| Damage caused by contact corrosion is not covered by warranty. |
