–  Less than 1 Ω (ohm)
–  Use current flow diagram to check and repair connection to heater overheating fuse -S24-
–  Replace heater overheating fuse -S24- → Chapter

Heater overheating fuse -S24- and corresponding connections to auxiliary heater control unit -J364- 
–  ∞ Ω (infinity ohms)
–  Use current flow diagram to locate and eliminate open circuit or short circuit.
–  Replace heater overheating fuse -S24- → Chapter

  Note
t  The heater overheating fuse -S24- opens at temperatures in excess of approx. 110 °C and closes again at less than approx. 105 °C.
t  Resistances of less than 20 Ω can no longer be measured with the required accuracy using workshop equipment. The internal resistance test can therefore only be used to detect major component or wiring damage.
t  The heater overheating fuse -S24- is attached to the auxiliary heater housing → Chapter.
