1 - Centre differential housing
q   With or without vibration damper, depending on design
q   Removing and installing (with gearbox removed) → Chapter
q   Removing and installing (with gearbox installed) → Chapter
q   Dismantling and assembling → Chapter
2 - Bolt
q   10 Nm and then turn 45° further
q   6x
3 - Spring
q   Fit onto flange shaft in centre differential housing
q   Do not interchange with other spring → Item
q   Outside diameter: approx. 35 mm
4 - Self-locking centre differential
q   Can only be serviced by manufacturer
q   Removing and installing (with gearbox installed) → Chapter
q   Pressing off ball bearing → Fig.
q   Pressing on ball bearing → Fig.
5 - Spring
q   Fit onto pinion shaft/hollow shaft
q   Do not interchange with other spring → Item
q   Outside diameter: approx. 31 mm
6 - O-ring
q   Always renew
q   Lubricate with gear oil
7 - Gearbox
q   Mounting on assembly stand → Chapter
