Special tools and workshop equipment required

t	Universal dial gauge bracket -VW 387-

t	Dial gauge -VAS 6079-

Test sequence

–	Measure with bucket tappets removed and with first and last bearing caps fitted.

l	Wear limit: 0.15 mm.
