Procedure
l  Engine or gearbox removed
–  Remove clutch pressure plate → Rep. Gr.30.
–  Remove needle bearing using internal puller -Kukko 21/1- and counter-support -Kukko 22/1-.

–  Drive needle bearing into dual-mass flywheel using punch -3264-.

Installation depth for needle bearing -2-:
–  To measure installation depth, place a metal straight-edge on the plastic ring -1- of the dual-mass flywheel.
l  Dimension -x- = 0.5 mm.
  Note
The plastic ring is sensitive to knocks. Renew dual-mass flywheel if plastic ring is damaged.
