Removing and installing rear light and bulb carrier

Removing

–	Turn cap in luggage compartment trim to left -arrow- and remove.

–	Remove bolt -2-.

Note

t	Rear light (outer) cannot be removed until bolt has been taken out.

t	Do not slacken -item 3- when removing rear light.

–	Slide rear light -1- outwards -arrow- and disengage from retaining pins at body.

–	Unplug electrical connector at rear light.

–	Turn bulb holder -1- anti-clockwise -arrow- and pull it out of housing -2-.

–	Screw bulb out of bulb holder.

Installing

Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:

Ensure that seal between body and rear light housing seals completely.

–	Position rear light in place at retaining pins (from outside) and press on towards centre of vehicle until it engages.
