Removing
  Note
If the wiper motor needs to be run during repair work, the bonnet must be closed (voltage supply to wiper motor is cut-off when bonnet is open).
–  Switch on ignition.
–  Operate “touch-wipe function” and allow wiper arms to move to end position.
–  Switch off ignition and take out ignition key.
   
–  Pry both cover caps -3- off wiper arms using a screwdriver.
–  Loosen nuts -4- several turns.
–  Release wiper arms -2- from wiper shafts one after the other by tilting slightly.
–  Remove nuts completely and detach wiper arms.
  Note
t  If wiper arm cannot be released from wiper shaft, detach by using a commercially available puller.
t  Disregard -item 1- and -item 5-.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
–  Adjust wiper arms → Chapter.
