Assembly overview

• Combi bolt
• ◆ 23 Nm
• Hexagon bolt
• ◆ 45 Nm
• ◆ Impact absorber attached to right longitudinal member with 4 hexagon bolts.
• Impact absorber
• ◆ To remove, unscrew hexagon bolts and pull out impact absorber to front.
• Bracket
• ◆ Removing and installing =>Fig.2.

• Bumper
• ◆ To remove, unscrew torx bolts at wheel housing liner.
• ◆ Pull out air duct grille at bumper.
• ◆ Unscrew combi bolts -1-.
• ◆ On installation, tighten to 23 Nm.
• ◆ Unclip bumper in direction of arrow from bracket -4- and detach to front.

• ◆ Removing and installing =>Page 63-9
• Torx bolt
• ◆ 1 Nm

• ‒ Height of bumper -4- is adjusted by adjusting threaded sleeves -3- in impact absorber -2-.
• ‒ Tighten combi bolt -1- to 23 Nm.

• ‒ To remove, unscrew bolts -3- and detach bracket -2-.
• ‒ Press in clip -1- on installation.
