• ‒ Removing and installing.

• Door window seal
• Removal:
• ‒ Unscrew bolt -7- and detach trim -2-.
• ‒ Dismantle window seal -1- from fastening pin -3- and pull off door component carrier -4-.

Note:

Always replace window seal -1- as dismantling stretches fastening strip.

• Installation:
• ‒ Brush over window seal -1- and door component carrier -4- at marked locations (arrows) with soap solution.
• ‒ Attach window seal -1- at bevelled corners and press on by hand.
• ‒ Install window -5-
• ‒ With window closed, roll gently over door seal -1- with wallpaper roller -6- (place door component carrier on firm surface).

Note:

Window guide -1- is not to be knocked into position, as this could lead to corrugations and subsequent damage.

• Panel
• ‒ To remove, unscrew bolt -7- and unclip trim.
• Securing pin
• ‒ Dismantling: Simply press off seal in corner.
• ‒ Fit: Press in fastening pin with plastic wedge whilst providing support at seal.
• Door subframe
• Door window
• Wallpaper roller
