Removing and installing cushioning element for backrest adjuster

  • Spring lock washer
  • Corrugated washer
  • Cushioning element
  • ◆ Removing
    • ‒ Remove seat => Page72-1
    • ‒ Remove seat side panel =>Page 72-11
    • ‒ Use screwdriver to lever out spring lock washer -1-.
    • ‒ Detach cushioning element -3- with corrugated washer -2- from hub -4-.

  • ◆ Installing
    • ‒ On installation, retainer tabs -7- must be inserted into mounts -5- and square drive -8- into square socket -6-.
    • ‒ Use wrench socket to tap new spring lock washer -1- into place.
