→ Location: the vehicle speed sender is located at top right of gearbox.

Vehicles with TDI engine:

• ‒ → Remove bolt -1- on noise insulation cover above right drive shaft.
• ‒ Disengage retainer -2- and remove noise insulation cover.

All models

• ‒ Unplug electrical connector.
• ‒ Remove securing bolt.
• ‒ Pull out sender.
• ‒ Always renew O-ring.
• ‒ Moisten O-ring with ATF.

Installation is performed in the reverse order.
