Removing
–  Remove sump → Chapter.
–  Remove sealing flange (front) → Chapter.
–  Remove drive chain for oil pump → Item and chain tensioner → Item.
–  Pull off crankshaft drive chain sprocket using e.g. claw-type puller -Kukko 44/1--item 2- (protect end of crankshaft with thrust plate -40-105--item 1-).
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
–  Heat drive chain sprocket in an oven for approx. 15 minutes to 220 °C.
  WARNING
Wear protective gloves.
–  Using pliers, locate drive chain sprocket on end of crankshaft.
l  Installation position: wider collar on drive chain sprocket faces engine.

–  Push drive chain sprocket onto crankshaft as far as the stop using fitting sleeve -30-100-.
