Removing
–  Move lock carrier to service position → Rep. Gr.50.
–  Remove poly V-belt → Chapter.
–  Unbolt pulley; counterhold on centre bolt with ring spanner.

Installing
–  Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:

Assembly is only possible in one position: The hole -arrow- in the pulley must fit over the projection on the camshaft toothed belt sprocket.
–  Install poly V-belt → Chapter.
–  Install lock carrier with attachments → Rep. Gr.50.
Tightening torques

l  1) Renew bolts.
l  2) 90° = one quarter turn.
