• ◆ Counter-hold tool 10-201

Dual-mass flywheel

• ‒ → Reverse position of retainer 10-201 for loosening/tightening bolts.
• ‒ Mark position of flywheel relative to engine.
• ‒ Renew bolts.

Tightening torque

    1)    180°= 1/2turn

Drive plate

Removing

• ‒ → Reverse position of retainer 10-201 for loosening/tightening bolts.
• ‒ Mark position of drive plate relative to engine.

Installing

• ‒ → Locate drive plate with shim -2- and packing plate -1- .The lug -arrow- must face towards torque converter.
• ‒ Insert at least 3 old securing bolts -3- and tighten to 30 Nm.

• ‒ → Measure distance -a- at three points and calculate average value.
• ‒ Specification for automatic gearbox 01N:
  26 ... 28 mm

• ● If the distance is too large:

• ‒ → Remove drive plate again and install without shim -2-. Tighten bolts to 30 Nm again.
• ‒ Measure distance again.

• ● If specification is achieved:

• ‒ Fit new bolts and tighten.

Tightening torque

    1)    90°= 1/4turn
