Adjusting bracket of engine speed sender -G28 with adjusting device 3308

Note:

  • ◆ The crankshaft must be in TDC position and be secured with crankshaft bracket 3242 =>Page 13-12.
  • ‒ Remove engine speed sender; unbolt heat shield for this step.
  • ‒ Slacken bracket.
  • ‒ → Insert adjusting device 3308 instead of sender, must engage in starting ring gear.
  • ‒ Tighten bracket.

  • ‒ Install sender.

Installing crankshaft bearing caps

  • ‒ → Bearing -1- is on oil pump side, bearing -4- is on flywheel side.
