3 - 10 Nm
4 - Intake manifold connection
5 - O-ring
q   Renew
6 - Charge pressure sender -G31-
7 - 10 Nm
8 - Intake manifold
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
9 - Fuel return pipe
10 - Fuel supply pipe
q   Tighten union nut to 22 Nm.
11 - Fuel rail
12 - 10 Nm
13 - O-ring
q   Renew
14 - Retaining clip
15 - Injector
Removing and installing → Rep. Gr.24
16 - O-ring
q   Renew
17 - 10 Nm
q   Tighten in stages and in diagonal sequence
18 - Gasket
q   Renew
19 - O-ring
q   Renew
20 - Intake air temperature sender -G42-
21 - 10 Nm
22 - Gasket
q   Renew
23 - Throttle valve module -J338-
24 - O-ring
q   Renew
