Removing
–  Unfasten screw connections -arrows- and detach engine cover panels -A ... C-.

–  Unscrew hose connections and bolt connections on the air duct at the points indicated by -arrows- and remove the air duct.

–  Remove cover -1- at right of engine compartment.
  Note
Disregard items marked -2- and -3-.

–  Detach electrical connector at air mass meter -G70-.
–  Remove air mass meter -G70--arrows-.
  A23-10118
–  Detach air hose -3- and vacuum hose -4- from combination valve for secondary air system.
–  Unscrew bolts -1-, -2- and -5- and remove combination valve for secondary air system.
  Note
Shown from rear for illustration purposes.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:

t  Renew seals and gaskets.
t  Secure all hose connections with the correct type of hose clips (same as original equipment) → Parts catalogue.
